The Artists

Dancehall Origins 5th Edition is the first time Famous Dancer will teach in the UK.

Jason Nembhard, aka Famous from the legendary Colo Squad crew, is a renowned dancer from Kingston Jamaica.

Specialising in in Old/Middle Skool Dancehall, he has travelled the world sharing his knowledge and talent.  He has created a number of popular steps, including: Ash, Rubba Bounce, Easy Skank and Famous Flow.

Famous is Official Dancer for the incredible Chi Chi Ching and has featured in music videos for artists such as Beenie Man, Major Lazer, Elephant Man, RDX, Busy Signal, Mr Vegas and more.

Dancehall Origins 5th Edition is the first time Dancing Rebel will teach in the UK.

Christina Nelson aka Dancing Rebel is one of the most popular female dancers from Kingston Jamaica.

Specialising in New Skool and Female Dancehall, she has travelled the world teaching sell-out classes and judging competitions sharing her energy and skill.

Since 2016 she has been a member of #teamSpice, choreographing and performing in her music videos and supporting her tours around the world.

Tube: Chalk Farm Station (Northern Line) is immediately across the road from the venue. This is the easiest method for guests travelling via Euston or Kings Cross train stations.

Our events are open for everyone age 18+ to attend!

In the past, we have had absolute beginners along with dance students and Dancehall teachers taking part. Everyone is welcome.

Participants must be aged 18+ for insurance purposes.

Wear clothes you are comfortable to dance in, such as leggings/jogging-bottoms/shorts and a t-shirt with trainers. High heels are not permitted.
